Why Plan Your Menu Ahead of Time
When you’re feeding 4+ kids on a regular basis, you need to make sure you have enough food at the ready. That means making a menu and sticking to it.
This editable PowerPoint is awesome for planning out meals for the week. It’s easy to use, quick, and makes you look organized when you post it on your bulletin board!

The Perfect Template for Daycare
I don’t serve dinner for my daycare kids, but I do like that I can plan my family’s dinners on the same sheet. This way, I only have one meal plan hanging on my fridge.
Plus, when I plan my family’s meals ahead I know I have the ingredients I need and can thaw my meat ahead of time.
All of the labels on this form are also editable in case you do your snack at a different time. I use KG Fonts for my menu, which you can download for FREE here. Or you can use your default computer fonts, but that’s not as fun!
There is also a black and white version if you are worried about ink. In which case you might also want to read about How I Saved $224 On Printer Ink This Year.
I know how hard it can be to get a daycare started up, so this one’s on me! Just click the button below to download your Meal Plan Menu Template for FREE!
